Noelani Dizon-Oathout, BS is excited to complete her 2nd graduate field placement with Personal Evolution Psychotherapy. Noelani is supervised by Sue Boyd, LCSW, BCD, who also functions as Noelani’s field instructor.

Noelani has been working in the human services field for nearly 10 years. She received a Certificate in Alcohol/Other Drug Studies at Palomar Community College and maintains her credentials as a Certified Alcohol/Drug Counselor. Noelani completed her B.S. in Family and Human Development in 2021 at Arizona State University where she is currently a Master of Social Work graduate student. She has worked with youth in Intensive Outpatient Program IOP substance use treatment, adult men in residential substance use treatment, adult men and women in IOP/PHP substance use treatment, people experiencing homelessness, and individuals in crisis, including youth and adults. Noelani has also spent time volunteering with a local Sexual Assault Response Team as an advocate to survivors of sexual assault. She has used her personal experience as a catalyst to ensure that help and healing are accessible to those in need.
