Therapy Intensives
At Personal Evolution Psychotherapy, we offer Individual, Couples and Group therapy for Adults, Adolescents, Couples, and Families. In-Person, Teletherapy, and Online Therapy and Counseling available. The therapy we offer is primarily cognitively and behaviorally based, and it is extremely effective. While we provide therapy that meets you where you are, the specific types of therapy we use are primarily based on DBT and Gender Therapy. We also specialize in working with adolescents that are having a difficult time due to suicidal thoughts, self-harm, or high intensity emotions.
